Whether you're new to the workforce, looking for a career change, or a training provider supporting women into agriculture, our program offers free training across 12 skill clusters covering digital foundations through to advanced automation.
All training is fully funded and delivered in flexible formats:
- Self-paced online: 2-3 hour modules at your own pace
- Intensive classroom: 4-5 day face-to-face programs
This project is proudly funded by the Queensland Government through its Growing Workforce Participation Fund.

Training alone isn't enough. Our program connects participants directly with employers through our jobs board or a customised work placement.
Placements are designed as a genuine trial for both parties, giving women practical experience and employers a risk-free way to evaluate potential team members.
