If the jobs board isn't enough, you can ask for a customised approach. We can provide a straightforward, zero-risk work placement program designed to help you find capable team members.

Our program trains women aged 15 and over from diverse backgrounds, whether currently employed, seeking work, or looking for a career change. For standout participants, we connect them with agricultural employers ready to welcome new team members.

If you’re looking for more than just the online job board, we can also arrange a structured work placement, fully funded and managed by our team. If needed, we can provide an induction focused on upskilling prior to or during the placement.

You Evaluate On-Site

See how the candidate performs in your actual work environment. There is no obligation to hire. It's a genuine trial for both parties.

Recruit if Suitable

If you're impressed, you're welcome to offer employment. If not, the individual gains valuable experience and you've contributed to their growth. No recruitment fees, no placement charges.
