A New Pathway Into Agriculture

Modern farms need more than field workers, they need digitally skilled people ready to manage records, track compliance, coordinate logistics, and support daily operations. The Women in Agriculture program creates accessible entry points into these roles for women across Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Scenic Rim and Somerset council areas.

Industry Training

Learn essential digital skills tailored to real agricultural workplaces – from farm management software to inventory systems.

Hands-on Experience

If applicable, build confidence through structured placements, mentoring, and job shadowing with local producers.

Full Support

If required, have access to interpreter services, cultural liaison, transport assistance, and one-on-one guidance via your job coach.
