Our website is hosted on a third-party platform located at https://www.conetix.com.au, which provides us with the online infrastructure necessary to offer our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Conetix’s data storage systems, databases and general applications. They store your data on secure servers protected by a firewall. Your data is hosted in a federal government approved data centre in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
How do we communicate with our site visitors?
We may contact you to notify you regarding your queries, training, work placements and/or employment. To troubleshoot problems, to resolve a dispute, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our project, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile and Regional Development Australia Ipswich and West Moreton office equipment, emails, online storage, notes and files.
What rights you have over your data
If you have provided information to us in order to start your pathway into learning and employment, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, governmental, legal, or security purposes.
